Honest costs
No hidden fees, no "price on application". A live-in au pair's pocket money follows the statutory minimum wage less the accommodation offset — try the sliders, then open the full calculator for nannies, part-time patterns and how our plans compare.
Our fees are flat — quoted in full on your first call — with replacement cover of up to twelve months for families who want a guarantee that outlasts a single placement.
Hourly rate × hours, less the £77.70 weekly accommodation offset for live-in placements. Statutory rates last reviewed July 2026 — updated each April.

The agency was founded in 2002 by Livia, a former nanny who believed childcare was too important to leave to a database — and who knew, from the other side of the front door, exactly what a good placement takes.
The standard she set then governs every match today: each au pair or nanny interviewed before you meet them, each match hand-picked. If we wouldn't welcome someone into our own homes, they don't join our books.
