We call you back — within ten minutes if you ask for a callback — and agree what you actually need before anyone is introduced.
Two or three au pairs and nannies we have already interviewed, chosen for your family. You meet and interview them yourself, with our guidance.
When everyone is sure, the placement is confirmed and vetting completes to the nine-stage Hampstead Standard.
A written agreement for both sides, settling-in guidance, and a free replacement guarantee for your plan's cover period.
A short online application: experience, availability, right to work. Registration is free.
The preliminary interview — we get to know you, and you get to size us up too.
Face to face or on video: your childcare history, real scenarios, and what kind of family suits you.
We introduce you to families that fit. You interview each other and decide whether it's the right family for you, and vice versa.
Contract prepared, expectations written down, start date confirmed, and we follow up with a two-week check-up.
